Planting & Care Instructions

Sunlight: Plant in a location that receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily for optimal growth and vibrant foliage color.

Watering: Water deeply and regularly during the first growing season to help establish a healthy root system. Once established, Blue Point Junipers are drought-tolerant and require less frequent watering.

Soil: Prefers well-drained soil and adapts to a variety of soil conditions. Avoid areas with standing water or consistently soggy soil.

Planting: Dig a hole approximately twice as wide as the root ball and no deeper than the root ball's height. Position the plant with the top of the root ball level with or slightly above the surrounding soil. Backfill, water thoroughly, and apply mulch around the base, keeping mulch away from the trunk.

Spacing: Allow approximately 6–8 feet between plants when planting for their natural mature shape.

Maintenance: Minimal pruning is needed thanks to its naturally attractive pyramidal shape. Light trimming can be done to maintain a more formal appearance.
