Add a touch of woodland whimsy to your home or fairy garden with our 2" Pink Nerve Fairy Plant. Known botanically as Fittonia, the Pink Nerve Plant is loved for its petite size and beautifully patterned leaves featuring delicate pink veins against rich green foliage. Its colorful, miniature appearance makes it a charming choice for fairy gardens, terrariums, small planters, and indoor displays.
Plant History & Meaning
Native to the tropical rainforests of South America, Fittonia naturally grows along the shaded forest floor. The plant is often associated with connection, vitality, and growth, making this little plant a sweet addition to your own collection or a thoughtful gift.
Mature Size
Typically grows approximately 3–6 inches tall and 12–18 inches wide when given room to mature. Its naturally low-growing habit makes it especially well suited for miniature gardens.
Light Requirements
Prefers bright, indirect light or filtered shade. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which may scorch its delicate foliage.
Water & Care
Keep the soil consistently lightly moist but never soggy. Pink Nerve Plants appreciate humidity and should not be allowed to completely dry out. Plant in a well-draining, moisture-retentive potting mix and fertilize lightly during the active growing season. Pinching back the tips can encourage a fuller, bushier plant.
Perfect for Fairy Gardens
Pair your Pink Nerve Plant with other petite foliage plants, miniature ferns, moss, tiny garden accessories, and fairy houses to create an enchanting little garden all your own.
Please Note: Each plant is naturally unique, so color, fullness, and growth habit may vary slightly. Sold in a 2" grower’s pot.
A tiny plant with plenty of personality, our Pink Nerve Fairy Plant brings a little bit of garden magic to even the smallest spaces.
